Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
Monday to Friday performance days Box Office will stay open until half hour after curtain. Saturday Box Office opens at 10am and will stay open until half hour after curtain. Sunday Box Office opens at 12pm and will stay open until half hour after curtain.

Box Office accepts all major Credit Cards. On event days, only cash is accepted 2 hours prior to showtime.

Free parking is located on-site.

MDCA Official Website and Ticketmaster are the only official sources of tickets for all MDCA events. Tickets obtained from other sources cannot be guaranteed and may not be honored. We cannot provide refunds or customer service for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, brokers, dealers or secondary markets. Please know who you are buying from before making your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:

Bag checks may occur at our lobby doors. No outside food or drinks. No weapons. No e-cigarettes or vapes. We reserve the right to refuse entry.

If arriving late, C.O.D. tickets and complementary tickets may not be guaranteed. Tickets that are not picked up will be release and sold 30 minutes prior to show-time to the waiting list.

 

DISCOUNTS

Special discounted tickets for students / seniors / groups are available for selected events. Please call the box office for details.
Active military personnel receive 10% off ticket prices to select shows at MDCA Offer valid for up to four tickets and must be redeemed in-person at the MDCA Box Office. Valid Uniformed Services ID Card must be presented upon claiming tickets. (Subject to availability)

PROGRAMS

In an effort to engage a broader audience, the Auditorium offers tickets through the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs outreach programs. Culture Shock Miami is a student discount ticket program for the arts, offering tickets to youths ages 13-22. CSM is a program of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs designed to introduce the next generation of audience members to live arts and cultural experiences at the age where they are beginning to make their own decisions on entertainment options.

The Golden Ticket Arts Guide provides free admission to low-income seniors ages 62 and over. For additional information on Golden Ticket, please visit www.miamidadearts.org.

*Please note: The theatre does not have an elevator. If you purchase tickets in the mezzanine or balcony, you will have to climb a flight of stairs.
