Now updated and relocated to South Florida with a Cuban family in the 1980s running Hotel Paraiso on Miami Beach. The new Spanish translated production features the six characters getting into awkward cultural situations\, caught in compromising positions\, and drinking Cuba Libres (Rum and Coke) until a family secret uncovers. \nEl matrimonio secreto is the perfect opera for anyone who loves the music of Rossini (The Barber of Seville) and the comedy of Mozart (The Marriage of Figaro). DESCRIPTION:Turning 15 on the Road to Freedom tells the moving\, true story of Lynda Blackmon Lowery\, one of the youngest participants in the Selma to Montgomery march in 1965. Jailed nine times before her fifteenth birthday\, Lowery fought alongside Martin Luther King\, Jr. to secure the right to vote for African-Americans.
