DESCRIPTION:TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT!\nFUNDarte and Miami-Dade County Auditorium present “Insectos y Bicharracos” by Rita Rosa Ruesga as part of the ZunZún Children’s Festival on Saturday\, October 12 at 3:00 pm at the Westchester Cultural Arts Center (WCAC). \nThe ZunZún Children’s Festival celebrates annually with the family and the youngest audiences a varied program of bilingual projects that brings together local and visiting artists to promote the appreciation of universal culture and the values of “Hispanidad”. “Insectos y Bicharracos” is a musical theater play\, inspired by the album of the same name\, produced by Rita Rosa Ruesga and directed by Eddy Diaz Souza. Her band of local musicians will accompany the renowned singer-songwriter to tell this story full of color and Caribbean rhythms with the general production of FUNDarte in collaboration with the Westchester Arts & Cultural Center. \n————————— \n \nThis performance is part of Miami-Dade County Auditorium’s Away From Home Series. Programming continues to thrive during this period of renovation through the Away From Home Series.
